Dry-Aged-Beef from our own Dry Aged fridge:


After at least six week of Dry-Aging the beef lost about 30% of its water and got a dry film on it.This film is going to be removed before its been portioned. We only use beef from the region. You can pick your preferred Beef directly from our fridge.
